#42 Meet the Paramedic Who Sees Souls Leave Their Bodies: Insights on Death, Auras, and Afterlife!

Exploring the Afterlife: Insights from Sarah K Grace on the Celestial Podcast

In a recent episode of the Celestial Podcast, host Tania Stanley welcomed the remarkable Sarah K Grace, a clairvoyant and former paramedic with a unique gift for seeing auras and witnessing the transitions of souls. This episode delves deep into the mysteries of life, death, and the energy that surrounds us, offering listeners profound insights and a comforting perspective on the afterlife.

Who is Sarah K Grace?

Sarah K Grace is not your typical psychic. With over 30 years of experience, she has combined her background as a paramedic with her extraordinary clairvoyant abilities. Since childhood, Sarah has been energetically sensitive, able to see, hear, and feel energies beyond the normal senses. Her journey has taken her from the conservative Midwest to the bustling world of emergency medicine in California, where she began to witness the profound moments of life and death.

As a paramedic, Sarah encountered countless situations where she could see the soul's transition as it departed from the body. This unique perspective has shaped her understanding of death and the afterlife, allowing her to help others navigate their own fears and uncertainties surrounding these topics.

Key Insights from the Episode

  1. Witnessing Soul Departures: Sarah shared her experiences of being present during the final moments of life. She described how she could see the soul exit through the crown of the head, often accompanied by a release of energy from the chakras. This visualization not only provides comfort to those who fear death but also highlights the beauty of the transition.

  2. The Nature of Auras: Throughout the episode, Sarah explained her ability to see auras and energy grids around people. She described how different colors and patterns reflect a person's emotional state and overall health. For instance, vibrant colors indicate happiness and vitality, while darker hues may signify sadness or illness. This insight can empower individuals to better understand their own emotional landscapes and those of others.

  3. The Afterlife and Guidance: One of the most comforting aspects of Sarah's insights is her belief that we are never alone in death. She explained that when a person passes, they are often greeted by loved ones or spiritual guides who help them transition to the other side. This perspective can alleviate the fear of dying, reminding us that there is support and love waiting for us beyond this life.

  4. Practical Tips for Energy Awareness: Sarah also shared practical advice for listeners looking to connect with their own energy fields. She emphasized the importance of grounding, clearing one's energy, and being aware of the emotional vibrations around us. Simple practices like spending time in nature, meditating, and using crystals can help individuals enhance their sensitivity and understanding of their own auras.

The Importance of Acceptance

Throughout the conversation, Sarah emphasized the significance of accepting one's sensitivity and understanding the gifts that come with it. Many people feel isolated or misunderstood due to their heightened sensitivity, but Sarah reassured listeners that they are not alone. With approximately 15-20% of the population being energetically sensitive, there is a growing community of individuals who share similar experiences.

Conclusion

This episode of the Celestial Podcast with Sarah K Grace is a profound exploration of life, death, and the unseen energies that connect us all. Her insights into the afterlife, soul transitions, and the power of auras provide a comforting and enlightening perspective for anyone grappling with the mysteries of existence.

If you're curious about what happens when we die, how to understand your own aura, or simply want to explore the world of energy and sensitivity, this episode is a must-listen.

Hey everyone, today I'm super excited to welcome Sarah K Grace. We're going to repeat it. Hey everyone, I'm super excited to welcome Sarah K Grace onto the Celestival podcast. Welcome. How are doing Sarah?

Sarah (00:18.13)
Hello, Tonya. Thank you so much for having me and hello to everyone listening or watching.

taniastanly (00:23.662)
Sarah, I loved the book. I couldn't even put it down. I was reading it on the metro at work because it's like a good thriller. You're so gifted at writing the book. Absolutely loved the book.

Sarah (00:36.518)
I appreciate that. That was a super ride, girl.

taniastanly (00:39.918)
So Sarah, can you tell us a bit about your journey and what got you inspired on the path that you're on today?

Sarah (00:50.088)
Well, it's definitely been a long haul like for most of us, right? But for me,

What's unique is that I've been very energetically sensitive since I was a kid. So I can see here and feel energy outside of the normal senses since I was seven. And nothing in particular brought it on. I just woke up one day and could start to see, you know, energy and colors and auric fields around people. And it continued to grow over time to feeling everyone's feelings, knowing what's going to happen before it does, seeing deceased people.

and spirits, it just was kind of this whole thing. I grew up in the Midwest in South Dakota in a tiny town before the internet. And that's important because there was no outside resource. I couldn't just Google, like, why do I see dead people? And the area that I grew up in was very conservative and my family was very dysfunctional, violent, and also conservative. Funny how that went together. But I wasn't supported when I finally, you know, I'm just a kid.

and I start asking like, what is this? And unfortunately, I was shamed and condemned, which I hear oftentimes now for people like us that are gifted or sensitive and kind of curious about our power or abilities. But that was an important piece for me because I remember at such a young age, really internalizing that there was something wrong with me. And that began a long odyssey of not only

doing what I could to form a semblance of identity for myself or safety or security through different experiences in life. But this real push-pull experience of acceptance and non-acceptance with being so sensitive. Ultimately, I became a paramedic in California after going way off the rails and doing all kinds of crazy things, right? But I became a paramedic in California.

taniastanly (02:43.712)
Yeah.

Sarah (02:48.486)
And the energies just started working through me on these calls. And so it was nothing I was trying to do. I was still very much kind of closeted at that point. And just like anybody, I wanted to fit in, you I just wanted to like be normal, whatever that means, and fit in somewhere. So among first responders, I finally felt like I belonged somewhere. So I didn't want to be the weird girl who sees dead people, you know what I'm saying? So I was still very quiet about it. But

taniastanly (03:13.376)
Mm-hmm.

Sarah (03:18.27)
What would happen is I would get onto the scene of a 911 call and I would be able to watch the chakras release as someone was dying. And I could watch their soul exit out the crown of their head as we started CPR. I'd watch their loved ones come in, usually at the top corner of the ceiling of the room is where they gather for whatever reason. And we would be this really interesting reunion. And so I started to see these over and over.

as well as angels that would come on traumatic calls, gunshot wounds and car accidents and building collapses and things like that.

And so I did this for so long and I saw it so many times that I had to like challenge my fear around it. And I decided to get educated. so shifting now it's taken me all the way into where I'm at 20 whatever years later of becoming empowered as a sensitive and understanding. Not only there's nothing bad or wrong, there's actually a whole bunch of us on the planet like

over 1.2 billion of us and our time to step into our power and to be able to utilize these Gibson sensitivities. So that's what I help and teach now.

taniastanly (04:26.583)
Yeah.

taniastanly (04:37.824)
Wow. Sarah, so you have a paramedic background. You also did reiki, psychic surgery, energy medicine, shamanism, mediumship, medical intuition. What have you witnessed about people who commit suicide? What happens to them during their transition?

Sarah (04:56.934)
A lot of times, not always, a lot of times they regret it. Usually there's a little bit of an interim. So my understanding and usually kind of everybody's fears like, are they banished or do they get stuck in between forever? Or are they somehow like, you know, in a bad place? And no, the answer is no. Because my understanding is ultimately there's no fragment of the whole that will ever

be left behind, so to speak. That said, we also do have sole contracts and karmic things when we come into a life. And so sometimes if we haven't fulfilled a certain specific set of requirements, if you will, and it's, you know, it's not all cut and dry, but for the most part, then sometimes there's almost like this interim period where it's like night school, you know, right? And they have to get day out and go through the processing of why they got to that decision.

and how it could have been different and like whatever karmic balancing, then my understanding is that they cross and transition to join family and integrate.

taniastanly (06:02.685)
Interesting. Can you talk about the time you started to become clair-oriented? Was it the age of seven, right? What was that experience like? I remember you talking about how it was very scary for you. How did you deal with it?

Sarah (06:19.41)
Well, I had no idea when I was a kid what the heck, you know, I just see colors. So if you everybody knows going out at night and there's street lights and there's a halo around the street light, right? Everybody. Well, I can see that around everyone and everything at all times. Okay. And inside that energetic bubble of information, whether you want to call it the aura.

taniastanly (06:22.474)
Yeah.

taniastanly (06:27.052)
Mm.

taniastanly (06:30.505)
Yeah.

Sarah (06:42.716)
the human energy field, the bio field, whatever, same, same, it's all just energy. But the clairvoyance initially I was picking up just different colors and then I could start to see more layers. And it's so cute. Okay, so the aura is not just one color. You know those things, those little tests like what color is my aura? And those are really, but the aura is actually very complex in that there's many layers to it rather and we start with somatic and then emotion.

taniastanly (06:45.771)
Mm, mm.

taniastanly (07:02.59)
Yeah!

Sarah (07:12.64)
and the mental, and then if they're astral, then if they're a template, et cetera, et But there's all of these layers and each of those layers has data. It's just energy, which is data, which is math, which is funny because I'm just not a math person, but I can see all these algorithms around people.

taniastanly (07:22.666)
Mm.

Sarah (07:30.906)
And so it looks like for the emotional body, if someone's happy, it's bright, vibrant colors moving in a really kind of organized fashion about three feet off the person. Okay. If he's depressed, it looks like kind of a gray cloud, and it moves really slow. If somebody's angry, it can be red or like a rust color or an orange, and it comes off like a porcupine. And it like shoots and that's why people can feel it like you know, when you're

walking in like the store and somebody's mad and you can like that all picking up on I can just see that stuff and then I can go deeper and see people's like disease processes or fears or addiction cycles or whatever now.

taniastanly (08:03.429)
Mm-mm-mm-mm.

taniastanly (08:18.281)
So do you, you still see that?

Sarah (08:20.838)
All the time. Yeah. 24. Yeah.

taniastanly (08:21.907)
All the time. So right now, can you see through the screen like what's happening? Can you describe what you see?

Sarah (08:29.906)
Yes, with you. Beautiful. And we all have, we're all works in progress and we're all.

like energetic presentation is constantly shifting and morphing, right? And there's nothing bad. It's just presenting how it is as a result of whatever it is that we've been doing and it can constantly shift and change. With you grounded, your hemispheres are balanced, meaning your seated, your consciousness is seated in your body. Really nice open gold crown chakra. You've got really beautiful purples, cobalt blues, there's gold energy and the emerald green energies that are

taniastanly (08:40.852)
Mm-hmm.

Sarah (09:06.816)
flowing very beautifully vertically up and down and then front to back with you. And I like that you're curious, you're open-minded. So I can see that in the throat chakra, I can see the pineal is activated. And then if we got into the medical stuff, a little bit of holding up under the diaphragm, activating through like down here into the sacral chakra. I'm not going to get all up in your biz, but that's what I can do in a session is like all the way into people to help them on this.

Yeah.

taniastanly (09:37.787)
goodness, that's so crazy. I mean, like, have you met anybody else who can do the same thing that you do?

Sarah (09:45.584)
Everyone has a unique ability with it. kind of am my ability to blend the medical and kind of the paramedic stuff with.

the energetic stuff is very unique from what I've been able to find because there are great medical intuitives out there. And with me, I'm all about making the energetic stuff make sense and not be super like woo woo or esoteric because the paramedic in me is like, let's handle it. Like, what are we gonna do about it? What are we gonna, how does this help us or what can we do if there's a fear or a...

a block or a disease or an addiction or whatever, like how are we actually going to handle it? And so that's very the unique thing about me.

taniastanly (10:34.089)
That's amazing. So I've been really curious about yoga for some reason. I've been getting fascinated by yoga. And I spoke with Summer Bacon yesterday who channeled Dr. Peoples and I asked him about yoga and he said that what I'm fascinated with is the way energy changes when someone does yoga. Have you seen something like that? Have you seen what happens to someone's energy or the auric field when, like before they do yoga and after they do yoga?

Sarah (10:50.952)
We are.

Sarah (11:01.842)
Yeah, totally. Usually the colors change in terms of the orc field. There's a brightening to it because the vitality of the cells, right? Like life force is being unlocked. Yoga is moving meditation. It's connecting breath to movement. There's a million different branches and forums and I think they're all great. And it can be exquisite because you're taking your, you're bringing your consciousness down into the body. You're connecting to your breath and any areas of blockage will open up.

And so a lot of times people have emotional releases or they'll remember something traumatic that like leaves their body through shaking or through crying or whatever, you know, it's just energy. But yeah, yoga is powerful, powerful tool.

taniastanly (11:45.545)
So now that, now have you gotten used to seeing all of this now or does it still overwhelm you?

Sarah (11:55.41)
Yes, I've been like this now for a long time, over 30 plus years. And so again, I spent 25 years in heavy denial and fear. I used a lot of substances and drank a lot to try to avoid and cope. I ended up overdosing and having a near-death experience where I was given the choice to live or not. And obviously I chose to stay because when I was in the near-death experience, they told they, meaning could be a guide, could be my higher

yourself.

But I was told that I would be able to use or I would be able to help a lot of people make sense of this if I chose to come back. So obviously I did. And it has been a long ebb and flow process with coming to terms with being like this. Because for those of you guys who identify as an empath or clairvoyant, clairsentient, any of them, are our systems, our nervous systems are very

sensitive, probably two to three times as sensitive as the standard person. There's no such thing as normal again.

But our nervous systems are picking up so much data that oftentimes other people, it's always around everyone, but oftentimes people just don't, you because they have the filters, the built-in filters of sight, sound, taste, smell. We've got the senses. Well, for sensitive people, for whatever reason, we've just got cracks in the filters. So all of this.

Sarah (13:31.814)
and it hits our nervous system. So just to exist, it takes a lot to understand and not become overwhelmed or overstimulated. So it's been a long journey for me, but now I'm in a place all these years later where I've done a lot of shadow work.

I've done a lot of shamanic work and integration, plant medicine work to work on my own toxic shame, my own addiction spirals, my own, you know, fears and darkness and lack of understanding. And now what I represent is kind of the new paradigm of sensitive where not only is it okay to be like this, it's actually pretty badass. Like we can use this in ways to thrive. So just because we're sensitive and yes, my everyday is still seeing

these things, but I've developed a lot of tools and protocols. And I can explain those if you want to get into them, whatever, but like, so that I, my system can function well in this reality.

taniastanly (14:35.825)
That was my next question actually about how can we strengthen and protect our auric field for an empath or someone who's sensitive.

Sarah (14:46.226)
Yeah, so the number one thing is to accept that you are first and foremost, you are sensitive. A lot of us are, you know, shamed or not understood. We don't oftentimes fit in in our families. We're very deep. We can usually see behind or through or feel or sense or know or.

And so a lot of times there's that kind of sense of disconnect, isolation, fear, and a lot of projection, outward projection onto us that there's something wrong. So first and foremost is your own coming to terms with process being like this. And it was a game changer because I thought I was this lone weirdo, right? And come to find out 15 to 20 % of the world's population is energetically sensitive. That's about 1.6 billion.

taniastanly (15:25.638)
You

Sarah (15:35.584)
that's not even including those who are still in denial or unaware. So I would venture to say we could easily double it. And I find that so that's upwards of three whatever three point whatever billion people.

I find that to be important because we so often feel isolated, misunderstood, as though we're alone in this. We're not alone. You're not alone in this. So first and foremost is acceptance. Second is learning to get grounded daily. Me, so many people live in their heads. They don't even realize they have feet. Right?

taniastanly (16:14.049)
Hehehehehe

Sarah (16:16.174)
or if you've had trauma in your life, which you haven't, most people disassociate. So they'll float somewhere outside or behind their bodies. Most people live, I lived for 20 plus years about.

foot behind and above my physical body. And why this is important is because if we are not seated in our power, which is why I spoke right away to you being kind of grounded in your power. It's like, yeah, girl, that's like one of the primary obstacles to getting people into their power and understanding their gifts and abilities is their willingness to come down into the body.

taniastanly (16:41.933)
Hehehehe

Sarah (16:52.926)
So grounding, everybody knows walk barefoot outside, Spend more time nature. You can jump up and down.

taniastanly (16:56.931)
Yeah.

Sarah (17:01.606)
You can get a rebound or trampoline and jump up and down. You can do jump rope. You can just literally jump up and down. Any sort of exercise, Epsom salt baths. You can do cold plunges, orgasm. Great way to ground yourself down. Anything that's going to bring consciousness into the physical body. So those are the first steps. The next step is learn to clear your energy field. Okay.

gets into a whole thing because initially when we're just getting into this world we're always taught to like ground bubble and protect right like protect your energy protect your energy don't take on the bad stuff those are great concepts and that's a great place to start you can do that by visualizing yourself in a bubble or a pyramid or however you want to do it

taniastanly (17:40.514)
Yeah.

Sarah (17:52.914)
But after years of doing that, was like, half the time it worked, half the time it didn't. I still felt like I was being bombarded by everything. And so was like, what the hell, you know? So what I understood in my guides actually told me, they're like, well, instead of going from defensive, like you're scared, become offensive. Because when we know who we are, like we know our essence and our likes, our dislikes, we're grounded, we're like our nervous system is regulated.

our GI is regulated, we become very powerful beings. From there, you can just fill your own work field with your essence and everything else just ricochets off. Such a game changer, girl. It's really a game changer. But what that requires, it's a little bit more intermediate or advanced because if you don't feel regulated in your system, then you will got to take the steps to get regulated first.

taniastanly (18:51.012)
Hmm, makes sense because you know, when, like you said, when we, when we are like just awakening or like getting to know all of these things constantly, it's like, that person has blow by bad vibe. I need to protect myself from that. And then we tend to avoid such people, but how can we keep living like that when someone's sad or someone has got problems in their life? How can you keep avoiding all of these people? Right. So.

So what you're saying is if we come across someone like that, is there a mechanism that we can do, is a visualization that we do where we push out our energy? Is that what you said?

Sarah (19:36.712)
Well, the pushing out and filling the orc field would be done before you leave the house to go to the store or go out in the world.

Okay, so let's do that. And again, that's more of an attuned thing where you're just used to like clearing your energy, you your auric field, there's like whatever. So you have that awareness and then you go out into the world and you're just gonna hold that vibration. But here are some really powerful things in the moment because this is a dualistic paradigm, meaning that there cannot be light without the darkness. We have to have the contrast. So good vibes only is a great thought, but it's literally cutting ourselves in half.

taniastanly (19:43.724)
Okay.

Sarah (20:13.664)
and removing half of our power and awareness. There's nothing to fear. This darkness and light are two sides of the exact same coin and they have to both exist for the other. And so when suffering and pain and trauma and the world that we're living in, if we're running around only trying to focus on the light stuff, we're going to be missing a lot of opportunity for self growth and reflection, as well as kind of bypassing a lot of stuff. And

So when you're out in the world, if you come and somebody comes and you don't want to take their stuff on, here's one trick. Don't ever stand front body chocolate or front body chocolate to somebody because that's how their stuff goes into you most easily. So all you got to do is just shift your body and be like, oh yeah, yeah, I hear you. They're coming and they're spewing, but their stuff is going all over your field. So that's one, okay? The next is to just cover your solar plexus.

Like if somebody's coming at you, turn your body and cover your solar plexus and their stuff will just ricochet off. If it's really intense, cover your heart and your solar plexus and ricochet, or I'm sorry, and turn and it'll ricochet off. It acts as a physical deflector. So those are in the moment techniques. Now, say you went to the post office or to Target or to whatever you got, wherever you are.

and somebody comes and just dumps, know, some people just dump all their stuff. my god, I just got slimed, what the hell? I'm just trying to get my bread and cereal, you know? It's like this thing. So you remove yourself after the event. You remove yourself, don't freak out. Don't be like, my god, now it's gonna take me forever to like, take your index finger and your middle finger, push on the back of the neck where the skull meets the neck bone right on the vertebral.

taniastanly (21:42.701)
Yep.

Sarah (22:08.702)
Close your eyes, push and hold for.

two minutes, two to three minutes. While you're doing this, you can focus on nice long inhalations and long, slow, steady exhalations. It can be any count. So you can inhale to four, exhale to six, six to eight, whatever you wanna do. But just visualize, this is like alt control, delete, reboot for the nervous system. And the nervous system drives everything for us as sensitive. So these are just like, and this is the paramedic in me, man. I'm like, we gotta make this,

We gotta make it like practical and doable in the moment, otherwise what are we doing here? You know, that's the way.

taniastanly (22:47.918)
gosh, you have so much knowledge and wisdom. I wish everyone got to hear this, right? Because this is like, for someone like me, because I did Reiki last year at the beginning as a skeptic. I'm like, what is this Reiki? But my sister said, and then I just went for it. And then I found it like a joke to me because, not a joke, it's like I was probably, I was just frustrated that I couldn't see anything.

So when they say you have to place your hands like this, and then they told us to draw these, the symbols and all of that. And I'm like, why am I doing that? Why can't I just pray? Right? I believe in prayer more. So in your book, you actually spoke about this time where there was a child and she had, you remember there was a baby there and then that was the first time you started doing reiki.

Sarah (23:19.015)
and this.

taniastanly (23:40.895)
It's like a force came over and then you started performing reiki. So when you described exactly what's happening, like the colors and how it's changing, how it's flowing through the palm onto them, what's the post op care, that was amazing because that's the first time I was able to see it. Because when I did reiki, I couldn't see or understand what was happening. But when I read it in it, I immediately told my sister, you know, this is what's happening and it's so fascinating. Can you tell us a little bit more about what happens?

Sarah (24:11.41)
Yeah, Ricky's great. And there's, to me, there's a lot.

different types of energy healing modalities, and they're all branches of the same tree. So what I've come to find is that most Western culture, current day culture, is familiar with Reiki, some shamanism, and there's a big swing into plant medicine work now, which is a whole thing. We can have a whole show on that. A lot to say on that. Yeah, there's beautiful tools, but it's the deep end of the swimming pool, you guys, for sure.

But as far as Reiki, love that's how I first started because it's easily accessible and essentially what it's doing, it's activating your hands.

I believe we're all our own greatest teachers and healers because we're all energetic beings. It's just that we need help from outside along the way, right? So when what Reiki teaches you is it activates your hands and I'm not personally drawn to the symbols or the... To me, it's a very beautiful blanket energy of love. To me, Reiki...

taniastanly (25:05.377)
Hmm.

taniastanly (25:13.537)
Hmm.

Sarah (25:20.954)
energy. So when you activate your hands by rubbing them and you can anybody can do that at any time because the end point chakras are on the hands and the feet. So you can rub that just to activate and then when you place your hands on someone it's not your energy.

or personal energy has nothing to do with it. In fact, you want to ground yourself. And when I was doing full time in person sessions, I would put the person in a bubble and just stick my hands in the bubble up to my wrists. I would never involve my physical self. And then I would it's really setting the intention and activation and openness for the reiki current of love to flow through the chakras on the hands and into the physical and

energy bodies of the person, client, whatever, in front of you. But it's a beautiful, it's like a worm hug, right? There's a whole bunch of different ones. Craniosacral therapy, amazing. And it's really good for physical conditions. It's really good for pain. It's a lot of nerve pain specifically. It's just a wonderful for physical stuff. There's Bowen as well.

I'm trained in medical intuition, is pretty, I think, obvious in terms of if you have a dis-ease, all that means is there's some sort of energetic and physical imbalance.

So I'm trained to go in and scan the body and the organ systems and then through psychic surgery, which is another branch of energy healing, it's kind of a specific branch, but that's like going into correct and help the person correct whatever their imbalance, whatever their medical or mental or emotional issues are. So tons of different types of energy healing. And you know what I'm so excited for? And I love these podcasts and thank you for doing this and thank you for spreading.

Sarah (27:21.536)
awareness in your own way and to everybody who's listening because I really again most people want to feel better or to heal but they just don't know what to do and there's a lot of skepticism understandably around a lot of the spiritual stuff so if we take kind of the fantasticalness out of things and just make it grounded and be like okay this is what this is and this this type could be really good for

emotional stuff or back pain or migraines or, you know, crack addiction or fentanyl addiction, whatever, everybody's up to something, everybody's got something going on. And so having conversations like this, we can start to put those pieces together and introduce like, okay, there's all these types, you guys. And, you know, these are the ways that you can help yourself to heal. Yeah.

taniastanly (28:12.5)
You know, a lot of the times we still talk about how love heals everything. If you were to describe love in the form of the field, what you visualize, what does love look like?

Sarah (28:29.054)
powder pink, gold and silver. It's so yummy.

taniastanly (28:33.151)
I love pink.

Sarah (28:37.65)
Sweet and it has this really soft. So it's very it's got this nurturing. It's almost like being put in an incubator, right? So most people in today's world could use a nap a snack a hug Right and then like guidance to be told like okay. Everything's alright right now This is what you do next and so the current of love which is pretty much the highest frequency especially when you go into higher and higher consciousness of

taniastanly (28:52.479)
Mm.

Sarah (29:06.756)
still point and it gets into a whole thing. But conscious like love, yes, it can absolutely be one of the most healing frequencies on this planet. understanding if there's darkness is the absence of lighter love, right? And in darkness and the absence of lighter love, there's the invitation, right? There's something in those parts of ourselves, which we all have.

Right? We've all got both sides. But in order to heal the physical body, a lot of it is about going down into those dark, icky spots of us, insecurity or jealousy or pettiness or whatever we get up to and bringing consciousness of acceptance and love into that by ourselves, for ourselves. And that is how we can heal ourselves from the inside out. It's not just pretending that everything is tra-la-la, love and light. That's not it at all.

taniastanly (30:03.666)
Yeah.

Sarah (30:05.28)
good vibes and just thinking positive thoughts, great, but that's like raindrops on top of the ocean, you know? Energetically, in order to be powerful, we have to be willing to go down into those places within ourselves, to meet ourselves in those places and the fear and the discomfort.

and just soften. You don't gotta love it. You don't gotta be all like, oh yeah, you know, can just, if you can even just sit with that part of yourself for just a few minutes, all of a sudden what happens is it creates space where there's a deep contraction. And since everything is energy, if there's a deep contraction, there's stuck particles of energy in there and that usually forms some sort of disease or whatever.

So if we can soften, opens and expands that and it'll eventually release and integrate. And you'll be better off as a person for it because you're like, oh man, I was so scared of that thing, right? Here, like for me, I said 25 years of in the closet, you guys, I wanted nothing to do with this. I wanna be like this, I wouldn't wish this shit on anybody. And it was just like, I didn't want it. But through my own healing and integration and acceptance,

taniastanly (31:08.638)
You

Sarah (31:20.042)
And I finally got to the place of like, okay, this is how I am. What am I going to do about it? Right? And now fast forward, I'm helping all these people, right? So it's, it's so beautiful, the paradox of things, you know.

taniastanly (31:35.602)
That's beautiful. When you talk about these diseases that come up, what would be the reason for someone having diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, and all of these things? you, can you talk about, or maybe would you know why it affects that, that area and why disease manifests in that manner?

Sarah (31:58.472)
Yes, and the answer is going to be.

multiple layers. So there is the physical component. Diabetes type 1 is obviously going to be pancreas related. Pancreas is right in the center of the solar plexus. The solar plexus is the hotbed super center for all of the energetics and all of our own personal fears and insecurities. have whole list of potential possibilities and there's genetic components, there's physiologic components, and you know are all parts of it matter. So what I see most often, and we can talk about specific

specific ones, but I'm going to tell you the two categories after I've been doing this full time for a long time now. And I started to kind of notice the two most common archetypes and see if you like either of these describes you. One person is overweight, sluggish, depressed.

lethargic, they've got adrenal insufficiency issues, GI issues, and they just feel like they weigh a thousand pounds and no matter what they do, right, nothing seems to shift. They usually carry weight around their middle, right, and a lot of times they have either thinning hair or too thick hair. There's a lot of different factors that come with that.

So that's going to be one of the very common archetypes of what I call the undiagnosed empath. Meaning your system is probably really sensitive and you don't know how to regulate. You have never been taught or told and then you're dealing with the ins and outs of daily life and bills and family and stress and all the things that come plus throwing and drinking or Xanax or whatever you're up to, you know, cause people are doing what they're doing. And it just compiles and presents like that.

Sarah (33:47.706)
So that's primary archetype number one that I see in this world and number two. And so in that diabetes, hypertension, fibromyalgia, Lyme's presentation, all kinds of GI issues. There's all kinds of things that go with that in addition to obesity and cellulitis and all that kind of thing. You get that? So that's one. And then the other one.

anxious, panicky, insomnia, bipolar presentation, like tired but wired, super amped, like overachiever, gotta be, like, we know those people, right? And so these are the two, those guys usually present with nervous system dysregulation, cardiac dysrhythmia, they can have tics, they oftentimes deal with insomnia or night terrors.

lot of those guys have the, again, they can have the Lyme's presentation or a lot of these ones fall under the autoimmune, which now, you know, wasn't even a thing 20 years ago. Now everybody's got all these different autoimmune disorders, right? And so it's, do you see the difference? One is really slow and lethargic and one is super amped and too much young.

taniastanly (34:46.044)
Yeah, yep.

Sarah (34:54.93)
But both are what I see, undiagnosed sensitives. Usually the person feels disconnected, isolated. They don't feel understood for how they are in the world, especially in their family, right? And over here with the sluggish, usually we'll have GI imbalance of the gut microbiome. We wanna balance that out. We wanna get the nervous system balanced and the hormone.

regulated for those guys. Well, for both, but especially for these guys because we want them to feel like they're coming up out of the trench and starting to take off the heavy physical and the heavy energetics of what they've been holding and carrying. And underneath that is the fear and the insecurities and the self-doubt and the traumas around whatever, right? So then we would get into that with them.

And for these guys over here, it's about grounded down. just got to like, come on down. Okay, it's okay. Here's some water. And we love them. I tend to be more like that, you know, I'm super charger. And that's a lot of masculine young energy, which is very powerful in this world. But if it's not

tempered, can literally incinerate ourselves. So too much young, too much heat, too much mental angsty energy.

So grounding, again, nervous system regulation. And for these guys, we want to cool the system. So Epsom salt baths, cold plunges, acupuncture, coconut water, aloe vera gel or juice, CBDs, nettle, rose water, lavender, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Anything that's gonna just be like, okay, foot off the gas, foot off the gas. But the reason that they're like wobbles because underneath there's this little driving factor of whatever

Sarah (36:51.812)
it's fear of not being enough or fear of like failing or succeed, whatever. Everybody's got their thing under there. And so those are the two principal archetypes that I see. And then pretty much every single disease process fits into one of those.

taniastanly (37:06.991)
You know, I resonate more with the other one, the nervous system, the anxious one, because I even I can't relax. I have to keep doing something all the time. So it's and I even I've been looking into what could I be doing to calm myself down? And yoga was one of the things that I felt like could be something that might come the nervous system down. But I'm just trying this out. What role do you think food plays in?

either of these. Pick one.

Sarah (37:39.292)
Food is vital, okay? Food is vital as are hydration and sunshine. So collectively we're taught to avoid the sunlight, but the sunlight directs sunshine actually activates the mitochondria and the ATP, which synthesizes the cells production and function.

So being in direct getting the vitamin D exposure is so good for you, right? And we're taught to the contrary and there's a lot of reasons behind, but fortunately people are waking up and starting to see through. We've been sold a bill of goods and people are waking up, right? So sunshine is one, hydration is the other. Most people are chronically dehydrated. And if we're all like dried up in there, the cells can't perfuse and it gets toxic and bound up. Okay. So one of the easiest ways, if you just feel crappy,

all the time or exhausted all the time, drink more water and sit in the sun and you'll be like, holy crap. And is literally medicine. And our food is, it's not real food. It's food like substance and microplastics.

taniastanly (38:35.546)
Yeah.

taniastanly (38:39.706)
Mm.

Sarah (38:47.726)
So I'm not like this, the sky is falling kind of person. I think that we can make conscious choices. And again, we can see there's a lot of stuff that isn't real food. So we can make new choices. If we introduce just hydrate more, some more sunshine, get more greens, good vegetables, and each person's body is unique. So there isn't one diet that's best. Not everybody will do well on a vegan diet or a plant based diet. Some like

I need because I have so much energy bombarding me all the time. need meat, good healthy meat and good fats to stay grounded in my body.

But drinking a lot of water, being outside and getting direct sunlight, and then eating especially a lot of green and veggie stuff and fruits, and I like nuts and things, can really help to stabilize and regulate the body. What people are not told, and it's been intentional, but it's coming out again now, is that the gut biome is the second brain of the body. And if your gut biome is imbalanced, they don't even talk about the gut biome in medical school.

taniastanly (39:57.87)
Yeah.

Sarah (39:58.346)
We can talk about it, right? When we're in utero and we're just this little tiny peanut in there, we got our little heartbeat started, got this little brain bud, and then the very next thing to grow is the colon. And from the colon, every single organ system perfuses off of the colon in utero.

So the colon feeds and perfuses in terms of nutrients and water and energetics, all of the organ systems. So here we are being bombarded with pharmaceuticals, we're being bombarded with food that's not real food and microplastics and fluoride to dim down the pineal, right? And it gets bogged down in there. Most people are carrying 10 to 15 pounds of old sludge in their gut and it literally cuts off their vitality.

taniastanly (40:36.281)
Mm.

Sarah (40:47.618)
So if you're out there and you're listless and exhausted and you're overstimulated, one, just know that there's hope for you. Two, this is just now you're not destined to be like this forever. And three, with doing things as simple as drinking upwards of a gallon of good water a day, alkaline or spring, whatever you want.

getting in the sun and then focusing on balancing the gut biome intermittent fasting. can do drink apple cider vinegar and water in the morning. You can do lemon water with cayenne pepper in the morning. You can do colon hydrotherapy. You can do coffee enemas. There's a lot of ways to clear out and to get the microbiome balanced. When your microbiome is balanced, your organs can perfuse. You're literally going

I feel like you put your oxygen mask on and you're like, oh my God, I can feel this like this in forever. And then whatever those symptoms are for you, it's that anxious, like always have to be doing something thing. And that's usually coming from some one it's collective or we're told that we have to constantly be striving, never can relax, never can whatever.

And but when we just say, screw that, that's not how I want to live. We get down into those under parts about worthiness and it's okay to like do stuff and and when we have our our gut is balanced and we're grounded nervous system, just breathe. If you need to regulate system, start with your breath. Just breathe. Yoga, phenomenal, right? And then all of those other ways that we talked about earlier.

taniastanly (42:08.514)
Yeah.

taniastanly (42:18.744)
Hmm.

Sarah (42:29.31)
But between those things with a simple model a couple of modifications and again, it's all about doable Anybody can go outside and in the sun for 10 minutes like you know, or just drink a little more water

That's not some have to go to some, you know, huge yoga, whatever, a meditation retreat or like this big thing that is like an ordeal to do. I love yoga and meditation retreats. Don't get me wrong. But again, I want it to be doable in the everyday for people so they feel like they can actually make the changes for themselves. And if you just do that for like 10 days or two weeks, you're going to notice such a difference and you'll have more energy. And when you have more energy, you're going to have more capability and capacity.

to get into those scary icky spots of like, why am I chronically busy? What am I scared of? Right? Or what my goals and my dreams and how do I block myself from having it? Right? Because that's a big one that a lot of us do too. Yeah.

taniastanly (43:26.444)
Wow, I love the tips that you've given. I'm sure that this has helped so many people who are watching this conversation. Guys, nuggets of wisdom. Sarah, you have seen so many people transition, right? Is there any one incident or maybe a couple of incidents that actually stands out to you seeing people transition and maybe some lessons that you learned or something that blew your mind?

Sarah (43:54.896)
Yeah, there's so many, there's as many ways to die as there are to live. And there's nothing to feel in death. So death is like taking off a heavy coat. We don't talk about it culturally, we're scared of it, right? And we a lot of times just want to avoid it. But when you see it as much as I have, you start to see the commonality and the beauty of it. So my biggest takeaway is just to live your life now, because everybody thinks they have time.

And every day for 15 years, I went on calls on people who woke up that morning, got dressed, drink their coffee, their Cheerios, got in their car and got killed in an accident. They had no idea it was their day, right? So we all think like, yeah, well, I'm going to save this for the special occasion or I'll do this when I'm whatever. Nah, nah, nah, just do it now. Okay, so that's the biggest.

As far as the most beautiful transitions, man, there's been so many. You know, one of the first times I saw, well, an angel that came in on that car wreck.

And this is the intro to my book, but it was so profound to me because I was still not really open with my gifts and I was still really in a place of like, am I seeing? While this girl, this beautiful young 18 year old, she was turning the corner talking to her for soon to be, he was going to propose, he was at the restaurant two blocks away, walking to him to meet him. And she got hit by a drunk driver and a Hummer.

taniastanly (45:17.046)
I can imagine.

Sarah (45:34.556)
And we responded and she was, you her body was all jacked up and we had to do all this stuff with Jaws of Life and things. But it was so beautiful to me because I saw, that was the first time really that I had seen the angel come in the middle of a 911 call. And that experience is surreal. It's very much like the movie Matrix. Everything slows down and goes silent. So I could still see everybody moving with the Jaws of Life and all of that.

but everything goes silent and it's just coated with kind of that silver energy. And an angel doesn't, to me anyway, what I've seen in all the times I've seen them, it doesn't have wings, it's not like that. It just looks like a really tall light beam. So it's like the outline.

of a being and usually cobalt blue with silver and they have kind of an androgynous it's like you can kind of see the face but not really but it's very beautiful and it's androgynous like you can't tell a gender and it just has this like acceptance like you just instantly want to melt and like take a nap you know it's just like this is like

when they're silent, like they don't talk, they just come in, they're like, and when I was working on the girl doing the

bat and be the leading for her whatever her head had been her neck had been snaps or she's a bobble headed and it was gooey and whatever. But we were I could feel this angelic presence and I was watching her soul first she was like talking to me kind of confused she talking to me from her spirit was outside of her body talking to me quickly.

taniastanly (47:20.086)
Mm.

Sarah (47:23.13)
And then once she saw the angel, then she turned towards the angel and she was just more curious. And this was always the interesting part. Like I saw a lot of people who didn't want to die.

fun thing to see. There's a whole hell of a lot of people out there right now that do, that do want to die. And that's okay. It's been, it's a rough road, you know. And at the same time, for those who are the traumas, that's a different level to witness because they're like not understanding and not wanting it.

But as far as the celestial angel coming in and just calming, every single time I would watch their soul essence, the person who had just died, turn and look at the celestial and just soften. And it's like something just started to make sense to them. Something was like, I get it, right? And then they would go into an embrace and just disappear. And I saw that over and over and over and over.

And seeing that enough times, it was just really like, dude, there is nothing to fear. Because you're never ever alone. Even if you're alone physically, you're never going to be alone in death at all.

And by having conversations like this, one again, we can dispel the fear and two, to me, it brings it back around to what are you doing now with your life? Like, what do you want? You know, let yourself live, let yourself have the experiences and tell the person you love them and ask them on a date and burn the nice candles and use your nice cutlery, you know, like, yeah.

taniastanly (49:05.577)
What if, let's say you spoke about people who resisting death.

people are really afraid of death. What did you see when they were resisting death so much and then when they transitioned? Did they also ease into this?

Sarah (49:27.634)
Yes, so it's not fun to watch them resist in that I've seen them try literally to like grab their bodies and try to climb back in their bodies. And obviously that's really frightening to see. It's really disconcerting to see that. you we're young man, like it's all I got, you know, but your head is open or brain matter, whatever, and you know that they're not, he's not coming back, you know? And so that was really...

taniastanly (49:40.403)
Yeah. Yeah.

Sarah (49:56.978)
hard on me to see that. And it's literally this panicky fear. So it looks just like you and I, right? So when you die, take off this heavy coat, which is the body, but energetically, you're going to look like this, but see through. So the whole is standing above their body on the bodies on the street, gunshot wound, right? Drive by whatever, whatever.

taniastanly (49:58.516)
Mm.

taniastanly (50:13.684)
Mmm.

taniastanly (50:21.157)
Mm-hmm.

Sarah (50:23.262)
And the bodies on the street and the soul that I would see would look like the body but translucent. And then I would telepathically communicate to the soul who's standing above the body. This is what's happening. You've been shot. We're going to start CPR. I'm going to take you to the hospital. And then I'm simultaneously doing CPR and starting IVs and getting them going to the hospital. So that was the lived experience of it. But yes, everybody goes through this. There may be the initial fear and resistance, but then there's a softening and

acceptance for those that have been hugely traumatized. It looks almost like an ICU on the other side. What is the other side? It's just a different by emotional dimension. guys know, but it looks like a little like an ICU or like an it's like almost like being put like in this little pot or cocoon until the soul comes in terms with acceptance. Yeah. You're always

taniastanly (51:21.332)
Hmm, interesting.

Sarah (51:23.634)
You're always taken care of. That's all.

taniastanly (51:25.928)
That's soothing to hear, initially, I think, you know, I was raised Catholic, so I was, didn't believe in reincarnation. Or rather, we never discussed about reincarnation. But for some reason, once I started, what? I don't remember. yeah, that's right. There's this person named Matthias de Stefano, and he talks about how he remembers all of his past life. And then when I started realizing, we do have past lives. This is just one life.

It actually makes you feel a lot less stressed out. Otherwise it's like, okay, we have just, you have this one goal, buy a house, you've got this, you've got that. It's like, what if you fail and let's say you failed at not getting your house. So that doesn't mean that your entire lifetime became a waste. So past lives, knowing that you reincarnate makes our life here a little bit more playful and fun. You don't have to take it so seriously.

Sarah (52:26.024)
Yeah, for sure.

taniastanly (52:27.38)
Yeah, you're speaking about auric field and all that, right? Does these EMF radiations affect your auric field? Let's say you're someone who does. So what are some of the things that gadget wise or things like that that would be affecting your radiation other than the people and the food?

Sarah (52:48.286)
well all the emfs you mean and 5g and stuff yeah you know

taniastanly (52:52.274)
Yeah.

Sarah (52:54.14)
To me, guys, everything is part of the experience. So there's nothing that's bad or wrong necessarily, right? I think in the spiritual world, we get kind of caught in this like, what has to be this way? Not understand that everything is part of, and that it's really how we want to engage or utilize and live our lives. So we're in kind of this soup bowl of EMFs and whether it like chemtrails or like microplastic,

foods and fluorinated water and whatever.

But that doesn't mean that we have to be unhealthy. And when we understand our personal power and our choice and we understand these little things like sit in the sun, drink more water, get gut biome balanced, regulate your nervous system, breathe some more, and then take the supplements that work for you, deal with your trauma, deal with your fear, like all of that kind of stuff, we become very powerful and grounded energetically. The more powerful, the more grounded we are energetically, the more powerful our field will be naturally.

So it's just going to like, not you're not going to be as affected. Most people are not grounded or regulated. It's like they got their finger in the light socket. They're constantly being electrocuted, right? So EMFs and microplastics and McDonald's and know, like all the pharma stuff, all that stuff is going to really affect their system even more because they're dysregulated. Their auricle is dysregulated.

grounding, right? Learning to your own energy field. Sage, Palo Santo, lavender spritz, rose water spritz, direct sunlight, again, orgasm, that's what my fave's mad at, clears the oric field, it grounds you down, it helps regulate all lots of oric functions, like go for that. So there's, those are all ways that you can clear your field. And then when you understand, yeah, connecting breath.

Sarah (54:52.594)
movement and just moving your body, you know, there's a lot of ways that you can become more powerful. As far as EMF specifically, there's all kinds of gadgets out there. You can put those little pyramid things by your computer. I personally am grounding that. But really a lot of it is about intention. And when you're powerful energetically and you clear, then you don't have to run around being scared of everything all the time.

taniastanly (55:17.103)
You speak about, when you spoke about orgasm, right? I think in Kundalini energy or in these yogic things, they talk about how you're not, I don't know if I've interpreted right, you're not supposed to because whatever you could take that up, I mean, I guess it's for the men, you take it up to your top crown, yeah, to the crown. Is that what it is? I mean, do you know what?

Sarah (55:40.254)
from.

taniastanly (55:46.661)
Like what is the purpose of, there must have been a purpose of this because they talk about how the masculine and the feminine, they used to have, you have these tantric yoga and all of these things, which does something to your chakras. So what are your thoughts on that?

Sarah (55:48.221)
you

Sarah (55:59.836)
Yeah, it can be super powerful, but one you want to understand. So sacred intimacy through tantra or Kundalini activation. These are potent energetics because it's like the sexual energy, which we all have to varying degrees is life force. And it turns right at the root, right? They call it the move on down there.

down at the root. so through Kundalini, through breath, through Kriya, it's intentionally moving or through sacred intimacy. you have the...

amazing opportunity to connect with some partner who's conscious and understands energetics and understands how to work with energy through sexual healing. It can be extraordinarily powerful in terms of your own personal healing. And these are big powerful currents. So there's a lot of fear, fear of Kundalini activation. Well, what is Kundalini activation? The energy shoots up all of the chakras and it opens up to the crown goes like firecrackers like boom, and it can present

total body organism, it can present like, unity consciousness where everything falls away and you remember your true nature, like as energy and consciousness and God, it can be a very powerful, it's like a psychedelic trip. Well, that's great. As you have that, then you got to come back and you got to make your kids lunch and you got to clean the litter box and you got to your bills. So like, sometimes people blow out because they're not grounded enough and their nervous system wasn't attuned enough to be able to handle that.

level of a charge, right? But they were pretty advanced.

Sarah (57:40.656)
currents, I wouldn't say that like the day to day person or general activation, an orgasm, personal orgasm, what it does is it releases dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, which is naturally going to make you feel good. It's going to regulate the nervous system balance, the hemispheres of the auric field, and it kind of just like lubricates the joints and things. So it can actually physically and energetically be really good for you. If you're just doing it by yourself. If we're out there, there's a whole other showtop

that we can have about consciousness of sex, right? Because if we're out there and we're just like going wild, and no judgment, man, we've all been 20, right? But there are things that we can act and we take into our bodies and then we gotta deal with that, right? But that's a whole other show conversation for sure.

taniastanly (58:30.699)
Yeah, for sure, for sure. When you spoke about the EMF radiations, right, I wanted to ask you, so what are your thoughts on crystals? Does it actually make a difference? Like does it alter the field? What do you see from here?

Sarah (58:49.182)
Yes, so crystal is there's a nice, it's got a good solid base of gold vibration coming out the base and then there's like a little light coming up through the top that does this little thing. So I don't know what that is exactly if it's for EMS.

taniastanly (59:02.223)
Yeah, it says it's for EMF. So then I have this one. And then I bought a couple of them because I wanted to, for protection from EMF radiation. Then there is this one.

Sarah (59:06.514)
See you.

Sarah (59:15.518)
Is that pyrite? Yeah, it's pyrite. I love pyrite. It looks like shungite or it looks like pyrite from here. Either way, those are amazing to help you ground and protect.

taniastanly (59:18.671)
Is it high right? Okay. No, it shouldn't guide.

taniastanly (59:27.791)
So it does work. you think you're 100 % pro on crystals.

Sarah (59:34.246)
I got crystals back here. Yeah. This is cool to specific vibrational resonance. And so remember, all this is is vibration. So when you're just beginning your healing process, or if you want a little added buffer or cushion, they can be great adjuncts, especially for

taniastanly (59:35.659)
right, bro.

taniastanly (59:41.423)
Mmm.

taniastanly (59:50.639)
Mm-hmm.

Sarah (59:55.92)
If you're in overwhelm, if you're in fight or flight, if you're in chronic stress, or if you've got very sensitive children, we got so many little light being kids coming in right now. Hematite, pyrite, rainbow obsidian, anything that can ground and anchor them.

and there's clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst for heart healing and solar plexus balancing. There's tons of books, there's tons of things out there about this crystal for that thing and so just use your own intuition. But yeah, I love crystals, they very definitely hold a specific resonance and vibration and yeah, it's not just fanciful thinking for sure.

taniastanly (01:00:39.855)
Speaking of kids, you have two beautiful kids as well. What would your advice be to parents who are raising this, the new generation of kids who are coming up who are highly sensitive, empathetic? What would your advice be to the parents to help raise these kids in a way that they don't have to deal with the sort of healing modalities and all of the things that we are trying to do right now?

Sarah (01:01:05.15)
Yeah, normal.

the conversation. If somebody would have told me there's nothing wrong with me and just talked to me about what I was saying that would have done such a service for me. But I understand my path has been what it's been so that I could get to where I am to help people now. But if we normalize it and if they tell you they I saw you know a ghost or somebody was in my room last night and I was talking to him just be curious about it don't shut it down. If they're saying see this or feel that or hear this or know that just be curious about it and have the conversation. If they're

Mood swings are crazy and a lot of times we're seeing kind of like more of the autistic. We technically as sensitives, could put me like, technically I would, it looks like I would be on the spectrum. I have a lot of those characteristics, but I don't identify as autistic. A lot of it is that hypersensitivity to stimulus, right? And that's what those guys are dealing with. So again, anything grounding, binaural audio. So hemisync, soflasiofrequency,

anything that's just gonna rhythmically connect and balance the hemispheres of the brain. Grounding mats, infrared, sunshine, and I like copper bracelets for the little kids or the hematite bracelets for little kids. And then food is really a big thing and I know, know, kids are kids. But like food plays a big part on how their systems regulate. But the number one thing is don't shut them down.

We can just be curious and then be willing to be open to finding other community and help and support.

taniastanly (01:02:44.142)
Beautiful. Sara, what is the one thing that you are excited about right now?

Sarah (01:02:49.726)
my gosh, good stuff. Okay, so I am the journey into grace. The book that you mentioned is in first contracts to become a scripted television series.

taniastanly (01:02:55.158)
Mm-hmm.

taniastanly (01:03:01.07)
It should have been. I wanted to ask if it's already there or not. Like the way you wrote it, are you sure you, this is like you didn't have any help because it was written like a thriller.

Sarah (01:03:09.702)
It was beautiful. I thank you so much. No, it just like vomited out of me in two weeks. It was just time. Yeah. Thank you. And that's in queue, but what I'm really excited to so just so anybody knows if you I have I work with people one on one so you can find me at Sarah k grace.com and that's Sarah with an H k grace.com and I work with people one on one.

taniastanly (01:03:15.03)
I was... Amazing. Amazing.

Sarah (01:03:36.071)
and we can get it all up into whatever it is that you're working with or disease process or addictions or fears, traumas, whatever sensitivities, whatever it is. I'm still very much the paramedic, right? But it's about clearing. in a...

individual session it's like being pressure washed and roto-rooted. Like people feel like they lost a thousand pounds and they feel like themselves again so they can finally really get on to what it is that they need to to face within themselves or their lives and we set a specific program for them so they feel like they know what to do. So that's that. And then I've got the Grace Place it's an online community for sensitives really sweet so if the one-on-one doesn't work for you come check that out. And I am building empaths

which is a real-life school for the gifted and we're gonna do empath X files which is going to be my own call-in show and I want it to be like live like this where we just triage rapid-fire triage you know people come as they are and and we do what we do live and so that'll be super fun so stay tuned for all of that but Sarah K grace right now is where you can find my book and everything else

taniastanly (01:04:46.443)
When is the series coming out? Is it started?

Sarah (01:04:49.586)
The television series were just in the first round negotiations and Hollywood's in a weird spot right now. So it's working, it's working its way, but it'll be a second still. But it's definitely, it's already done in one time.

taniastanly (01:05:03.39)
I'm super excited for that. You I wanted to watch like the whole thing that I read. And you also have a background in media and modeling. I think, yeah, that was the whole thing. Yeah. You're like, you look amazing. your media background, everything comes together, right? When you look back.

Sarah (01:05:12.222)
That was the whole thing.

Sarah (01:05:22.308)
It's bricks and mortar, man. It all makes sense. It's like stacks on itself, you know.

taniastanly (01:05:26.582)
Yeah. So at the end of our podcast episode, have something called the Cosmic Close by ask two questions. So Sarah, the first question to you is how may we enjoy lasting peace and happiness?

Sarah (01:05:40.606)
except I think it's finding out what peace and happiness mean to you first and then be willing to let yourself be happy in tiny moments in the morning or in the day. So just like bite-sized nuggets of things that you find joy in can make it accessible.

taniastanly (01:06:02.614)
I love that. The second question is, what do you think is the nature of our reality?

Sarah (01:06:09.2)
energy consciousness 100 %

taniastanly (01:06:11.277)
I think you're the first person who knows the answer to this question. Everyone else is just like, know, let's try it out. you know the answer already. love that. Sarah, do you have any final advice for the people who are watching this? Or do you have any thoughts that you want to share?

Sarah (01:06:16.594)
my God!

Sarah (01:06:34.958)
I'm just really grateful, grateful to you for having me here and to everybody who's been listening in and you know, just always you guys bring it back to self today and remember to let yourself live now.

taniastanly (01:06:49.452)
Sarah, thank you so much for coming on the podcast today, for sharing your wisdom. I like throughout the conversation, all I could think is, wow, I wish the whole world came to know about you. And I'm glad that the series are coming out because I think that's how you're going to be like, like everyone's going to come to know about it. So I'm super excited for you. All the very best. Thank you once again for coming on the podcast today.

Sarah (01:07:02.642)
Yeah.

Sarah (01:07:12.68)
Thank you, I appreciate it. Have a good one.
