You know, this is the first time we're getting someone who channels Elohim on the podcast. So I'm incredibly excited. Could you tell us a little bit about how you ventured into this incredible journey that you're on today?

Oh dear, to give the short version, you know, I was always interested in the beyond because I even as a child couldn't believe that this is all there is. There must be something more. And in 2019, friends of mine invited me to travel with them to the Bosnian pyramids. And I never knew that there are pyramids in Europe.

I only knew of the pyramids in Asia and Egypt, of course, the most well known, and some in South America. And I said, wow, okay, that's the chance of my life. I'm going with them. And it turned out to be very interesting because with this spiritual travel group, we went into the tunnels and there I got some visions as I'm a trained medium since 2010.

And I met the Shaikh of the Sufi monastery that's in the middle of the valley. And it turned out that this guy was a master in another lifetime that I had visited to get kind of my last initiation as a Sufi. And he has been a father in another life and there he refused to give me the initiation because I was a woman.

So he had to do better this time. And I just had two weeks before I went there, one of my own QHHT hypnosis sessions where this Sufi incarnation with that guy came up. So he couldn't know about that. I did not tell him. And when I went there and saw him, he asked me whether I have a question. And I said, well, usually I have a lot, but at the moment right now,

I'm blank, I have no question, but may I tell you something?" And he said, yes, yes, go on. And I said, you know, I have the feeling my whole life, this lifetime, I'm searching for something and it's as if it's the last little bit, the last little piece missing. And I think that's what drove me to come here to the Bosnian pyramids. And then he said, well, I was the master in that Sufi incarnation who gave you.

the last little piece, the last initiation. So that was very interesting. And then he touched me on my third eye and my crown chakra. And it felt as if he was kind of clearing this channel. And after that, suddenly the Elohim popped up and I could channel like a virgin birth, something like that.

was used to mediumship work, to sense into things, to use my intuition, the first impression, and work with clients for over 15 years. But channeling was new to me. I just had to close my eyes and take two or three deep breaths. well, then the Elohim popped up. And I never heard of the Elohim before.

so I could kind of recognize the frequency. So that was interesting to me and well a lot of people thought they are the fallen ones, the kind of bad guys or Anunnaki or whatever. And when I asked them about that, they told me there is this kind of cosmic rule that one third stays in heaven so to speak.

to maintain the balance between the fallen ones or descended ones, the second, third, and the last third is incarnated in humans and they are kind of climbing up and down the so-called Jacob's ladder and incarnate to kind of turn around what's wrong here.

Interesting. when we talk about initiation, isn't it going to be possible for anyone to attain any sort of spirituality or awakening, enlightenment, et cetera, without initiation?

I think it is possible because after my near-death experience where I was blocked in the tunnel and did not get into the light by a cyclopic wall whereon appeared flaming writing telling me to go to a Rosicrucian group to study the Gnostic knowledge. The main kind of idea of the Gnostics is that we have a direct connection

via our heart to source all that is. However you want to call that kind of God image, whatever names we put upon, they can never grasp what really is the source of everything that is. And so going within and not falling for an outside teacher, guru, master, priest, whatever.

You have the Master inside in your heart. Your own higher Self is with you since the beginning. So that knows you best. And your soul chooses pre-birth, special conditions to overcome hardships and learn and grow to become kind of a grown-up soul, because we're just a fractal. That means we have all the potential.

of source all that is, but if it's not developed, it stays a potential. So we have to experience it and to live through it, but we can do that on our own if we only go within. Like Yeshua said, the Kingdom of Heaven is nearer than hand and feet. It's within you in your heart.

But we are so trained in our nowadays society to go outside and look outside for teachers and masters. And I was the same, you know, that's programming. I was running around and traveling the world looking for whatever enlightenment and stuff like that. And I would not have had to move my body all around. It was already in here.

There's a wonderful saying I once encountered in a book. I think it's, if you meet Buddha underway, kill him, because that's the outside idea. The sentence was, if you do not find what you are searching there, where you are, where do you want to go?

True. You said you were doing mediumship before and then when you went to the pyramids as when you first started channeling, how would you define channeling?

As I am a QHHT practitioner as well, this special quantum hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon in the US, I experienced the, how is it called, the theta brain wave state that's used in hypnosis and there your ego is kind of removed or steps back or is sleeping and not interfering.

And in my first QHHT hypnosis that I experienced before I started the training, well, I felt this immense force. It was like a column of white light coming down within me and words of wisdom were coming out of my mouth and I knew this is not my knowledge, this is more than I am.

And since then I'm willing and wanting to hear that because I know that is so much more than I am. So channeling is a special state of consciousness, also of brain waves. But everybody knows this state because if you meditate you are in so-called alpha brain wave state awake during the day that's called beta.

or better, but you're not always in better and fully awake the whole day. know, if you drive somewhere, you start drifting with your thoughts and you don't know how you came there, kind of automatically. So there's already a mixture during the day, the daydreaming, alpha and beta often mix and theta brainwave state is

before you fell asleep and right when you wake up. So that usually in our normal lives is a very short period and you cannot put your finger on. I woke up exactly then and I fell to sleep exactly then. And this state is prolonged in the hypnosis by talking to the client and keeping him or her there in this state.

So I knew this state and it feels exactly like channeling. So in my view up to now, what I learned up to now, I think channeling is the connection to your higher self and other entities coming in via your higher self during the theta brainwave state. So that's more the scientific kind of explanation.

Yes, that is true. makes sense because sometimes even I get, I wonder if there would be a better word to call this phenomenon because people are still a little apprehensive about channeling. They don't want to use the word. If it's up to you, do you still say that you channel or would you, to someone who don't understand what this is, how would you describe it to them if at all? Or use a word?

where I still use the word channeling because I feel like a canal where something higher, higher wisdom and higher frequencies are coming in. And of course I don't get it like words. Sometimes I get pictures and images, but mostly I get the frequency, the feelings. And then it's kind of translated into our

language with words and meaning, which is very limited. And sometimes I even have to pause in the middle because I feel like, you know, a little box where a hand from heaven is coming in and searching for the right word, you know, because our language is so limited. You can't speak or say anything because all the words have some kind of

vibe of a negative connotation or a positive connotation and I noticed that the Elohim always prefer a neutral expression, kind of like you know Buddha's way, the middle, the state of balance between the polar opposites, between good and bad, male and female.

And our normal society only runs on the left brain, which is the male rational logic, while the left brain is the female holistic intuitive. And we have to bring them both together. And at the moment still the holistic right brain is more underestimated.

because we are so trained to make our lives with the rational mind and forget about the intuition. But intuition tells you, you know, even when I was not yet a medium, I was very sensitive and always thought I'm crazy because my mother couldn't deal with that. And she, when I said something that I read between the lines, she always answered, you are crazy.

no, I don't want to stay here or other places attract you. So we have the intuition it's just not trained.

It was a voice and it was not my voice. It was a deeper voice that felt more male and it had a lot of power. I felt kind of the force or a mighty energy with that.

Did it because sometimes people say when they channel that it is too heavy on their body and you know their body cannot handle it. Did you feel it like that?

No, in the beginning I got very hot as if my temperature is rising because more energy kind of manifests in our realm as heat. And then I got more used to that. I'm not getting hot any longer. But, you know, to me, it is kind of feeding me.

I get so energized if I channel in the evening and usually when I did public Dems and events in little spiritual centers here in Germany it was in the evening. When I came home then I couldn't go to sleep before three or four o'clock in the morning because I was so amped up with energy. I get more energy by that and in my opinion if you feel exhausted

after channeling, then there is something wrong. Then energy is taken from you or you are not yet at the level to kind of really use the energy coming in. So there is something very important that I learned as the golden rule in my mediumship trainment, which I also as a skeptical person

use while channeling, because I'm not only channeling the Elohim after they kind of opened the door, some others came in, and they all have to go via your higher self. Your higher self is allowing or denying. So you cannot kind of say, I want to channel Archangel Michael. If it's not in your soul plan, then...

If you go for it, you might end up with a trickster energy, just pretending and kind of feeding of you and then you probably will feel exhausted. So the golden rule is you have always to verify the sender of a message. And as I'm trained in the English tradition, which is evidential mediumship, you ask for proof

of that spirit coming in pretending or saying it's your grandma or the grandma of a client with an important message. So you ask that spirit for proof. Give me a proof, something that only you and the client can know. I don't have to know and understand it. I'm just the channeler. And then they have to come up with a word or a nickname, a special situation.

You know, I once had a client where I forgot to ask and suddenly I was seeing special kind of flowers like girlens flowing through my vision and I said to the client, why am I seeing these flower girlens? And she said, my mother used to collect flowers, see these special flowers and press them in a book and dry them so that...

Spirit was giving the sign without me asking for it because I had forgotten. So you have to verify the sender. With deceased loved ones that's more or less easy. But how to verify a fairy or an angel? You can't. So then the second rule is you have to check in on the energy of the message and the messenger.

Does it feel positive, empowering, uplifting and energizing and stuff like that? It has to be positive. And if not, then better say, no, thank you, not going to channel that kind of entity. Because there are not only rainbows and unicorns out there, there are trickster energies and of course there are also negative entities.

I ran into my, during my QHHT hypnosis, I ran into several demons possessing a person and they showed up in the QHHT hypnosis session. And I wasn't prepared, but luckily my guides cared for me and they kind of...

created a dome around me so that I was not scared, I was totally neutral and started to talk with that demon and you just have to let everybody talk a little bit because then they will reveal a lot. So that demon revealed how he came in, for what reason and then I started asking him questions and he was kind of... well...

trying to block that person because she was a high priestess in Atlantis and had special knowledge and he wanted to block her access to that knowledge. So he was blocking a light soul from reaching her goal. That's the intent of the darkness or the negative side. They don't want us to wake up and come into our full divine power.

So they're trying to block and to hinder and sometimes they are successful and even that might be an experience a soul choose pre birth to know what not to do next time.

I sometimes argue with my spirit guides and then I get really kind of nasty and say, what's this all about and where? And sometimes I'm angry. And there is this one question with that. They always get me calm and silent. And they asked me the first time it came up, they said, how do you want to choose the light if you do not know the dark?

We need the contrary in this dual polar world of opposites to make and exercise our free will choice. If you don't know what's the contrary, so how can you be sure that you are choosing the right kind of thing or theme for yourself? So that makes sense and with that I can accept some of my not so nice experience.

Much better, because I know it's all serving this one purpose to make us more aware and inform us well so that we can really exercise our free will and choose what we want. In Asia there is this old tradition about the two paths. There is the path of the left hand and the path of the right hand.

and one is the occult black magic kind of dark path and the other one is the path back to the light and you have to choose and it's okay because even the souls choosing the dark path they help awaken a lot of people here by their heinous deeds because you know looking at the wars or at crimes against humanity a lot of people feel

No, that's just impossible. I don't want that. That's injustice. So this helps them to find their viewpoint, what they really want, that they want a life that's serving all in peace and happiness and sharing and be free and you know, like the wonderful Indian mantra, Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavan Tu.

his or her potential to the fullest and that makes up a natural order. They found their place in the universe and they are serving with their potential, with their strength, whatever it is. So of course there are in frequency different rounds stacked up one upon the other, all in kind of the here and now, but different...

different in frequency. There is the realm of the ascended masters, there is the realm of the angels, there is the realm of the ETs and kind of... The Elohim told me our universe has 12 dimensions or densities and in the 13th there resides source all that is. And the Gnostic terminology

It is called the Plaroma, where the positive benevolent loving consciousness, that is God or Source, all that is, kind of resides. But to have experience, it had to kind of divide itself and go into lower densities and take on form.

which limits, of course, and kind of divide itself into you and me and all the 8 million people that are running around on this beautiful planet to have the experience of life and what we create here. And, you know, I would not choose certain nasty experiences, but others do, because source, all that is,

does not judge. To source, it's just an experience, whether we call it good or bad, that is helping, growing, kind of knowing more of itself in all its aspects. So it has kind of a 360 degree vision while we are kind of running around with blinders, you know.

We see only a very small spectrum of light, for example. We cannot see ultraviolet, that's around where the angels are, for example. We cannot see infrared, that's the lower astral where demons and nasty entities are roaming around. So, what we are going through all these densities and dimensions every night.

because our soul leaves the body when we sleep and travels through all the dimensions, meeting the soul family, conversing for advice with them and reuniting with the source itself in the Pleroma, the 13th dimension, to recharge our batteries and then come back into this little dense body and...

get up in the morning and brush the teeth and rush to work or whatever we are doing. So there are many, many realms and differences in frequencies like Jesus said, in my Father's house there are many mentions. So are the many dimensions.

and all you need is within you. Go into your heart. It might help touching your heart or using the Namaste greeting where your both hands are united. That's a sign of balance. So you balance out your emotional state by that, by bringing together your two hands and touching your chest area.

Energy goes where the focus goes. So if you touch your heart, automatically your focus of attention is no longer flying around with all the many things that are on your mind. It is focusing onto your heart and breath that is also very important and already built in. Use your breath.

breathe more deeply into your heart or your lower belly to fill in more the whole space and connect more with your whole being. Most of you are breathing far too shallow just in the chest area or even higher up and by that you do not reach your own depth. That's what we wish for you to connect

There is not a hierarchy, but there is natural order in frequency differentiated. And the order of Melchizedek is in the 12th dimension. These are beings very close to the Source residing in the 13th dimension. And they are watching over the workings of the Universe on behalf of Source.

And Jesus is one of the many messengers, source always sent down to earth and humanity to remind you of the path within and your own connection to what he called the Father.

What it is, in truth, a mother-father principle because it is the unison of the female divine feminine force and the divine masculine. What you have in your world is distorted through all the ages, all the things that happened, the wars, and also the invasion by ET races.

that wanted to conquer planet Earth and rule and control and feed on you and use you... well, like... cattle, more or less, like you use cattle as well.

and then you are not going to manifest from your subconscious fears all the nightmares that you repeat by projecting them outside or that you are manipulated to manifest because why are your mainstream media you are indoctrinated with a lot of negative visuals like war and you feel this and that you know

If you understand that you are Divine Soul that can never die, that is eternal, then death is no longer a scare to you.

From your perspective, what percentage of the planet seems like it is going on destruction and what percentage is okay because when we look at social media it looks like this is doomsday. But what is it like from your perspective when you compare to the ancient civilizations or what the planet has gone through?

Well, the Hindu culture knows about the Hindu calendar and going through the ages, coming from the Golden Age, the lost civilizations you start to rediscover now were not primitive people like archaeology and mainstream science tells you. They were more advanced and they were more connected in spirit.

So they already had technology and then going down to a more dense point of matter and materialism, you went into the Kali Yuga which you are going out right now. And that is also congruent with the Mayan calendar.

that you go through ages and Earth is not a very stable planet because of the precession of the equinox, this wobble around the axis and every 26,000 years more or less one kind of precession is done.

So there is kind of a reset and earth changes by fire or water, volcanic activity or floods and ice ages. And all civilizations, the five before you had to go through that. And the ones that managed their own inner path could be ascended or were ascending.

In former times these were only single individuals or small groups, but this time it is meant to be the whole planet and the whole population. Of course you are a world of free will, so some will use their free will to not participate in that which is okay. There is no judgment in your choice.

If you need more 3D experiences, you can have them. And you are doing much better than you think, because you are your own harshest critics. And you should stop believing everything that is showing to you on the outside, because there are forces in that world, in your world, who want to keep everything like it is.

Love yourself, because only then, when you practiced loving and accepting yourself as you are, with all your flaws, we in Source see all your flaws, we know of them, and we love you despite. So love yourself, because only then, you are able to love others, and that will make the great difference.

then you don't have to fight other ones outside of you or dislike them or whatever. Then you will get along finally. And it all depends on loving yourself, not in an egotistical or megalomaniac matter or way, but really accepting you as you are.

because the saying in the Bible by which so to speak in that story source announced itself as I am the I am or I am that I am or I am who I am in Hebrew this is also a future form.

and can be also translated as, will be who I will be. So there is a great, great range of expansion and development already in that. That's why love yourself is so important. That's what we would like to share with you and give you.

Yeah. Yeah. Well, that was a lot of revelations to unpack because the last couple of months or, yeah, whatever, I've been trying to explore all the different sacred texts. So there's so many different gods. And I see like just like how when one person is awakening and everybody seems to be going back to the sacred text or going back to what

because at one point it was not cool to be religious. But now I see that it's especially the youngsters, it's the people in their twenties or in who are younger than twenties who are trying to go back into this and trying to embrace it and bring it back up that there's so much that is out there and discernment comes into picture. So when I asked about the different gods and they said that this is from a different planet.

And that's what we are still following. then to go within, that was a very important advice for me because I was still trying to search for the true God everywhere. Is it this one? Is it this God? it that, you know? Yeah, it is within. I understand.

But you know, there is truth and lie and we have it mixed as a mixed bag here in this world. But still, a lot of the ancient texts hold some truth that can bring you in resonance and you will resonate with that. And I nearly fell from my chair when I once watched John Vivankel, the famous remote viewer talking about

this remote viewing of the Vega star system of Lyra, where the exploded planet is now an asteroid belt, same like in our solar system. Our asteroid belt also was a planet that exploded, called in ancient texts, Maldek or Tiamat, in the position of the super Earth, a little bit bigger than Earth.

And he said that in one of the exoplanets in the vegan system, they saw blue skinned beings with many arms. And I thought, wow, incredible. So that is coming from. And of course, we were kind of colonized and infiltrated from both sides, from positive beings that wanted to help us.

and from negative beings that wanted to control and rule us. And this is what we have today. And if you do not consent any longer within, you don't have to go out on the street demonstrating. If you do not consent inside yourself any longer to this false matrix or simulation that keeps you in the loop, you know, well, then you already opened your cage door.

Yes, but you know, it's great that you do this podcast because at least by that you are focusing your energy on what is your interest. You want to learn more about what is truth, what is source and how does this work with me. So with all the distractions in the normal world, we all have this distraction and it's rushing in on us.

Only 10 minutes per day. Sitting in stillness doesn't have to be the lotus seed, can be on your couch. Closing your eyes and just breathing and reducing the thinking by that is helpful. And you're even doing something for your viewers who are also interested in seeking and searching. And that's a good thing. So you're doing something wonderful.
